Return and exchange policy

Product purchased on pfworkwear

Products purchased through our website piloteetfilles.com that have not been worn may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. The product must be in its original condition and must be returned in its original packaging.

Holiday return policy for the purchase of Christmas gifts: 60 days (November and December only)

In the case of a product purchased on the gonats.ca transactional site, claims must be forwarded as follows:

Use the pre-authorized return label inserted in your original shipment and drop off your package at the carrier indicated.

Please note that returns are free of charge.

  • Send an e-mail to customer service at support@piloteetfilles.com. This e-mail must be accompanied by the following information:

 First name

 Last name

 Product number (see product label or packaging)

 Size

 Photo of product and defect (only if defective)

 Order number


Please allow approximately 15 days for returns to be processed and refunds issued. Once the return has been processed, you will receive an e-mail to notify you. Refunds will be issued according to the original method of payment, upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.

ITEMS AT 50% OFF OR MORE ARE CONSIDERED A FIRM SALE AND NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND IS POSSIBLE.

Product purchased from a merchant

All claims must be made to the retailer where the shoes were purchased, with the original proof of purchase. The latter will apply its own repair, return and/or exchange policy.

Defective product

If the product was purchased from one of our retailers, please return it to the retailer with proof of purchase. The retailer will apply its own return and/or exchange policy.

If the product was purchased on the gonats.ca transactional site, claims must be sent as follows:
